We start with a no-pressure, in-person consultation. We assess your natural hair, listen to what you want, and recommend the right method, length and brand for you.

Colour Match & Order
We hand-match your hair to the perfect colour blend, often using more than one shade, then order your bespoke set. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your fitting.

The Fitting
Most fittings take 2-4 hours depending on method and quantity. You'll be made comfortable with a drink, and we'll style and finish your hair before you leave.

Aftercare & Maintenance
We send you home with our aftercare guide and recommend Leo Mancini Haircare extension-safe products. Maintenance appointments are typically every 6-12 weeks depending on method.

Applied strand by strand for highly bespoke placement. The keratin bonds mimic hair's natural molecular structure, resulting in a durable, long-lasting finish with 360-degree movement.
Tape Hair Extensions

Nano Ring Extensions
