Good to Know
- New extension clients: please book a free consultation first, we don't fit extensions without one.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit secures all extension and major colour appointments.
- Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Running late? Call us, we'll do our best, but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled to protect other clients.
- Opening hours: Mon-Wed 10:00-18:00, Thu-Fri 10:00-19:00, Sat 10:00-18:00, Closed Sunday.
